VOCA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is committed to bringing our diverse communities together through our creative arts programs, collaborations, and the pursuit of artistic integrity. We aim to foster the growth of our programming for the Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing communities.
Additionally, one of VOCA's goals is to establish a scholarship for our BIPOC Deaf and Hard of Hearing Artists to help them achieve their goals and pursue their careers in the industry.
