VOCA holds open casting calls for Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing performers ahead of each mainstage production. No professional experience required — we’re looking for authentic voices.

Submit Your Interest

Send a headshot and short resume, or simply tell us about yourself if this is your first audition.

Attend a Callback

Selected performers are invited to read sides and, when relevant, sign a short piece for the creative team.

Join Rehearsals

Cast members begin rehearsals with our creative team, including ASL coaching where needed.

Take the Stage

Perform for audiences across Washington DC as part of a VOCA mainstage production.
