VOCA trains the members of VOCA ensemble to be a force of change and to help bridge the gap between the Deaf community and the hearing community. As an often-overlooked minority, VOCA believes that our D/deaf artists hold the keys to usher in the kind of change agent that is found through universal expression of art. In a society driven to perfect diversity, inclusion, and equality, VOCA foresees itself as a leader and model for positive social impact where cultural exchange can pave the road that leads to equal justice for all.
